The panels are of the highest quality as well, as the MONT includes 8mm twin-wall polycarbonate wall and roof panels that are both UV-stablilized and impact resistant. The MONT is designed to be assembled in just two to three days or less depending on how much help you have with just common household tools. Drip Irrigation System - The Genesis Drip Irrigation System allows you to deliver the proper amount of water directly to the roots of your plants. Each system can be customized to fit your specific growing needs. The kit includes 48 drippers which are designed for container and planter gardening. The second part includes 4 misting sprinklers which increase the humidity inside your greenhouse. This drip irrigation system has been designed by fellow growers and is sufficient for greenhouses up to 24 ft. long as 48 ft. of hose is included. A pressure regulator and quick connect are also included to easily get the system up and running, and no tools are required. A garden hose (not included) and water source are required as well.





Electric Heating System - This Riverstone heater makes it easy to keep your plants healthy during the coldest times of the year. It includes an adjustable thermostat with two heat settings to help set the proper temperature inside your greenhouse and has automatic fan control and a built-in thermal cutoff for safety. The heater includes an adjustable ceiling mount bracket and adjustable louvers to direct heat to the desired area of your greenhouse. It generates between 2500-5000 watts (21 amps @ 240 volts) and the rugged heavy duty frame has a taupe (tan) color. The heater is 14" wide x 12.375" deep x 12.5" tall, weighs 27 lbs., is UL listed, and is perfect for greenhouses as well as shed or garage use.

Electric Ventilation System - This ventilation system includes a 16" motorized exhaust fan with built-in shutter and a separate thermostat. The aluminum fan blades and PVC shutters are designed for efficiency and longevity. The fan has a 1/10 HP direct drive motor at 120 volts that is completely enclosed and maintenance free and has a rating of 1250 CFM. The single pole thermostat is made in the USA and has a large dial that is accurate to 2 degrees. The fan mounts flush to the exterior wall and has a nominal size of 17" wide x 17" long x 6" deep. As the solar ventilation system is already included with this greenhouse kit, the electric ventilation system is not typically needed.

Extra Roof Vent - Riverstone makes it easy to add extra ventilation to your greenhouse with the roof vent kit. The vent is made from the same high quality aluminum and polycarbonate and features a 10 year warranty. It is designed for quick installation in only about 30 minutes. The vent includes an automatic vent opener. As the solar ventilation system is included in this kit, extra roof vents aren't typically needed.

Flooring Kit - The flooring system for this greenhouse is made of customizable 3" breakoff square segments from 100% regenerated polypropylene (HDPE). The interlocking modules are perfect for creating a safe anti-slip surface to walk upon, even in high heel shoes, while allowing for drainage. You have your choice of six colors (green, gray, blue, black, brown, tan) and 69 floor tiles are included for this greenhouse.

Hydroponic Seeding Trays - The RSI hydroponic seeding trays make it easy to start hundreds of new seedlings at once. All you need is a pool of water in which to set the trays, and water will wick into the new seedlings as needed. The trays come in packs of two and are made of commercial-grade polystyrene. Each tray has either 128 or 242 pyramid shaped cells, virtually eliminating transplant shock as the design prevents roots from getting tangled or needing to be cut for removal. The rate of transplant can be as high as 90%, much higher than other styles of seeding trays. The seeding trays float and are reusable as they should last for years. Each seeding tray is 14" wide x 30" deep x 3.5" tall and made in the USA.

 











Internal Shade Cloth - The internal shade cloth kit for MONT greenhouses is designed to easily install inside the greenhouse so that it doesn't interfere with roof vents or side windows like regular shade cloths do. The commercial-grade shade cloth is 63% translucent and comes with a 7 year warranty. The cloth comes in three 8 ft. by 4 ft. sections so that it works well with the automatic watering system. The cloth is easily opened by simply pulling it back and can be closed by pulling it tight to the opposite end. The kit includes grommets, commercial filament, and bungee balls for tying the shade cloth.




















Louver Window - The 18" square louver window provides additional ventilation for your greenhouse. It features a solar-powered opener as a piston with a wax-filled cylinder expands and contracts as the temperature changes to automatically open and close the vent. When closed, the louver slats overlap each other to prevent insects from entering. It is made from non-rusting extruded aluminum and is made in the USA.








Overhead Automatic Watering System - The 12 ft. long watering system is a commercial-grade system similar to that used by professional growers. It is designed to hang from the ceiling, and the two weighted sprinkler heads are separated by a 4 ft. spray in a circular pattern. The digital timer allows you to automatically schedule your watering cycles to suit your climate and time of year. The hose is also a commercial product and is specifically designed to prevent mold and bacteria growth, ensuring years of safe use. Installation is easy as one end of the system is attached to the timer, and other end of the timer is attached to the spigot. The watering system features a 5 year warranty.

Work Bench System - The well-designed work station kit can be installed on either side of your MONT greenhouse. It is 12 ft. long and 24 inches deep. Two work bench systems will give you the full complement of benches on both sides. They are designed for easy assembly in just 20 minutes or so and can be set at any height within the greenhouse up to 4 ft. off the ground. The shelves are made of commercial-grade PVC and are vented to allow water and air to circulate as well as sunlight. The design allows for maximum floor space without extra support legs and each bench can hold up to 900 lbs. of load. The benches are backed by a lengthy 10 year warranty. They are designed to have one bench on each side rather than two stacked upon each other as stacking them would leave virtually no work space for the top bench.
